Browsing and bag

Your selected product IDs, variants and quantities are stored in this browser. Customer names and addresses are not saved in the bag.

Accounts

Sign-in stores your account identity. Display name and household preferences are optional; keep sensitive information out of preferences.

WhatsApp order requests

Optional name and address are processed to prepare your message, not saved as a website order record. Opening WhatsApp shares the prepared text with that service; you choose whether to send it. Messages sent to ZELVOA are handled separately in WhatsApp.

Customer bills

When needed for a bill, the owner records seller details, optional customer name/address, items, amounts and the payment amount independently verified by the owner. Billing records are accessible only to authorised owners. No payment card details, identity documents, birth dates or marketing profiles are requested.

Product recommendations

When you request recommendations, the household description is sent to the configured AI service with catalogue information. Avoid personal or sensitive data. Recommendations do not place orders.

Service providers

Lovable Cloud supports hosting, accounts and stored records; Google supports optional sign-in; WhatsApp handles messages you open or send; the configured AI service processes recommendation requests. These services have their own privacy terms.

Privacy requests

Contact ZELVOA through the confirmed WhatsApp channel to ask about access, correction or deletion. Invoice records may need to be retained for legal or accounting obligations; the retention schedule is not yet confirmed.
